I’m Luke, a certified personal trainer specialising in personalised, results-driven coaching across Surrey, Hampshire, and beyond.
I studied with the National Academy of Sports Medicine to become a Certified Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, and I’ve worked in a state-of-the-art boutique gym in Surrey. My passion is helping people move better, feel stronger, and enjoy training through functional bodyweight exercise.
Every session is built around you, your goals, your schedule, and your lifestyle. Whether you want to build muscle, lose fat, or simply feel more confident in your training, I’ll create a plan that fits perfectly.
As a mobile trainer, I bring the workout to you – at home, outdoors, or wherever you feel most comfortable. I’ll even provide all the equipment, so you can just focus on showing up.
In-person sessions are offered in and around Farnborough, Fleet, Hartley Wintney, and Church Crookham, extending to Farnham, Puttenham, Godalming, Bentley, and surrounding areas.

After an initial consultation, my bespoke PT sessions are tailored towards your own specific goals. 60 minutes in duration, the sessions are designed to be intense, flexible, efficient, and effortlessly auto-regulated as the weeks pass so that you can breathe easy knowing that you’ll be getting a structured workout. (That you’ll enjoy!) You can expect exercises that incorporate weight training, TRX, boxing, functional fitness, gymnastic rings and much more. Don’t forget your stretches!
Receive nutritional advice and tips on how to plan and prepare your weekly food. I will educate you on the importance of eating the right way to achieve the results you want. Optional calorie and macronutrient breakdown can also be included depending on your needs. Menu inspiration and cooking tips can also be provided – you’ll soon learn how much of a foodie I am! (All in moderation, of course.)
I’ll provide weekly check-ins and feedback to evaluate your progress, ensure you’re on track and make any alterations necessary to your training or diet. I’ll also be on hand via WhatsApp and e-mail for any fitness or nutrition queries that arise outside of this time should you need urgent assistance.
I currently offer affordable mobile 1-2-1 training sessions across Surrey and Hampshire. These sessions are inclusive of weekly check-ins, instant support and nutritional guidance alongside your tailored workout.
Additional supplementary workouts, gym plans and access to e-book guides and menu inspiration will also be provided on demand.*
